Hi

I am fairly new to all this. My son has been on the diet 3 months and doing

well so far. I feel like a pioneer woman-baking from scratch, making playdoh,

etc. I am ready to invest in a good mixer. I've heard about the Kitchenaid as

being a good choice. Do you folks think it makes a difference whether I get the

4qt or the 6.5 quart size. Do I really need the more powerful one or is the

basic model ok? Thanks for your help and all the wisdom I've been getting from

this group.

I would go for the power, I have a smaller one and its great but if I had to

do it over again I would buy the bigger one.
