Soy can be present in foods without it specifically saying SOY -

manufacturers should be called if there is any product unsure of. I

found out that soy is present in Barbaras Mashed potato flakes and it is

in the ingredient " mono and diglycerides " , if I hadn't of emailed

Barbaras I never would have known. They responded to my email right

away.

Another thing is to know that " lecithin " is soy too. And all tofu

products are out.
