Guest guest
kate, kate, kate you know God forgives anyone anything who shows sorrow, meaning that the person reaches for understanding about how a fast comment or act can momentarily separate them from their Source. Does a day go by when any of us don't manage to temporarily sever that relationship a jillion times a day? No. We all limp around quite a bit trying to find our way. As a catholic, this is how we teach to make oneself as new again: (I am taking the liberty, I hope it is all right, to say this here in public, because I think it is an excellent set of steps for anyone to take, including those who are trying to wean themselves off carb overdoses --and their guilt about it all-- and other not constructive behaviors with regard to taking good care of themselves via their daily ingestions) We say what we did. (You did that) Then we look to see what happened right before that-- that 'made us' do that thing. We name it. Then, having pinned down the catalyst (this is called 'examination of conscience' for you great protestants, muslims, jewish people, pagans, buddhists, wiccans and others out there) we say what under similar future circumstances we will do INSTEAD. In this way we make an intention to do better, but with new consciousness about how this current one all came about. We are no longer in the dark saying, dunno why it happened. Then we ask our creator to please forgive us and help us remember our vow to do better. Then, if possible, we try to go back and soften what we did wrong if possible. Then, we are as done as we can humanly get for now. And I might add, feeling infinitely better about ourselves and our relationship to the one who gave us the precious mind and body, spirit and soul for our caretaking. This comes with love, private email to me is ok too. love, ceep G-MOM In a message dated 3/26/03 12:25:28 PM, Graduate-OSSG writes: << It must be good to be Catholic sometimes. Guest guest
My best suggestion is go prepared. I brought in a list of medications, problems I was having because of the excess skin, treatments I had had, who prescribed the treatment, where I went for treatment, medications I used, the cost of the medications, etc. Lori Owen - Denton, Texas CHF 4/14/01 479 lbs. Guest guest
I have a question about the Folic Acid. I got some at WalMart yesterday and they had 400mcg and 800mcg. Do you just take the one recommended on the bottle ? I got the 800 mcg. I will talk to the specialist at my April 12 apt but I figured it would be a good idea to get started since we have the option of preplanning this pregancy. Sometimes I wish I was still in Austin as I found out to day once they the IVF I will have to go to Bedford every other day for a few weeks and I am 3 hours from there >> Oh well sacrifices already LOL. I also will print the sheet out to doctors and take with me. This site has already given me a lot of information. Thanks ladies.
