Guest guest
, Here are two that we use and they are pretty good: 1) Hain's Safflower Oil Margarine. Ingredients: Liquid Oleic Safflower Oil, Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Water, Liquid Soybean Oil, Salt, Soy Lecithin, Beta Carotene (for color), Vitamin A Palmitate. I verified with Hain's that this is GF/CF and corn free and no cross contam issues. Hain's, 1-800-434-HAIN, just in case you need it. 2) The Natural Food Store Soy Bean Margarine. Ingredients: Prepared from Liquid Soybean Oil and Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Water, Salt, Soybean Lecithin and Finely Ground Soybeans, Vitamin A Palmitate added, Colored with Beta Carotene. This is Distributed by Kettle Foods, and I also verified with them that this is GF/CF and corn free, plus no cross contam issues either. (If you want Kettle's contact info, just email me and I'll look that up for you). I buy these at Whole Foods and a small, local HFS. Hope that helps.
