Hi .

Is Tommy Lee still 23/7? has the fat on top of her feet too. I

i think it's here to stay... grace has a very tall foot.. if that makes sense...

it has slimmed down since she's crawling and more active and has had weight

loss... but still has a very fatty foot... i think it's normal... not sure

though...

Is it part of the clubfoot deformity? Just wondering.

Did Dr. H say he was going to reduce Tommy Lee's hours down to 16 or less?

Anything is better than the 23/7 after those long couple months.

Yes he said as long as the shoes were staying on he should reduce the

hours.

Keep your fingers crossed for us!

Are you talking about the fat part right above the toes in the front?

If so, yes, it will go away. When we were in Iowa I met a family with

a little boy who was there for his check up with Dr. Ponseti. They

were furthur along in the treatment and so I asked to see his feet.

He had this huge lump of " chub " on top of the foot. Very cute!

Naturally I asked about it and she said that it would go away

eventually. She didn't say what it was from but Dr. Ponseti did say

it would go away. HTH

Jordan is now 2 years and 4 months old. Her feet used to be

incredibly fat. I always had to buy her wide size shoes. Now her

feet are losing that fat and actually becoming narrow. I always

wondered about that too. My feet are short and fat, but my husbands

feet are long and narrow. I guess she got her feet from her daddy.

But, the fat on Jordan's feet is going away.

Kai's foot had a huge amount of fat on the top - but only on his clubfoot. It

actually fooled Dr Mosca into not realizing exactly how wrong Kai's foot looked

after " correction " ! Eventually, after his foot was fully corrected and the

cavus brought down to a more normal height the fat went away. Boy did he have

one funky little foot!
