Guest guest Posted March 28, 2001 Report Share Posted March 28, 2001 , you are right, it does use a barley enzyme, but one of the GFCF nutritionists (Maureen McDonnell or Jayne Barese? maybe someone has their ANDI newsletters handy?) had it independently tested for gluten and it came back without a trace. (As reported in ANDI news) So its a possibility, but some kids may react to it.
