Last night I mixed one container of Stoney Field Farms soy yogurt with 1/2 cup

of orange juice and 3-4 strawberries....It was so yummy!!!

I haven't had ice cream or anything close to a milkshake since having my WLS 2

years ago.

I had tried soy products before but they always gave me horrible gas or stomach

pains...sorry about the too much info..

But Stoneyfield Farms is all organic and their soy didn't give me any problems.

I'm so happy.
