Guest guest
Chrystal- My dr said as long as your pregnancy is normal, with no problems, then I can travel into the 8th month, but after that, no way. I travel for my job so that was a big concern of mine. Hope this helps!! Dawn
Guest guest
Does anybody know when you should stop flying or travelling when pregnant? I would like to go visit my parents in California - just to be in the sunshine and have some fun. I'm 23 weeks pregnant. Chrystal Wife to Jace - together 6 Years! Happy Mommy to - 4 Years Old! Guest guest
Chrystal, Each airline has their own rules, but they are all pretty much the same. They say that up to your 8th month you can travel like normal. If you have to travel once your in your 8th month some airlines may require a letter from your OB saying it is ok for you to travel. All of the suggest that if you do fly while pregnant that you should get up and walk a few times during your flight to make sure that you keep good circulation. Just to be on the safe side I would check with your doc to make sure they are ok with you traveling, but you should be just fine. Guest guest
This will give you all of the different airline's policies on flying while pregnant.. http://images.babycenter.com/general/6976.html Most say not within 7-14 days of your EDD, and that they advice you to clear it with your PCP after 36 weeks (ie. " after 8 months " )...
