Guest guest Posted March 28, 2001 Report Share Posted March 28, 2001 I'm trying to make a gfcf recipe for sopapias (sp?). This is a fried bread, and my flour combinations are just soaking up the oil. Does anyone have any ideas on how to make a dough that will not soak up the oil? The recipe calls for equal parts flour, baking soda, salt and then water to make rollable.
