Toi,

My OB says he will try to manipulate her to go head down in a couple of weeks if

she hasn't turned on her own. As far as the pannilectomy, I have totally

thought of it and luckily my insurance is pretty good about approving this type

of surgery, especially because I have a problem with inverse psoriasis. The

only reason that I have not done this yet, (I'm nearly 3 years out from my

surgery) is because I knew we were going to have children and I didn't want to

waste my surgery. :) Believe me, once we are done having children and they are

a bit older I am definitely having this surgery done, just not sure when.

It might be a lot easier on your body to have the hernia repair done

at the time of your (possible) c-section. One less trip to the OR,

one less dose of anasthesia, etc.

Hmmmm... its too bad you couldn't wrangle a pannilectomy (is that the

right word, LOL?) out of them at the same time. That would certainly

help take care of the incisional problems and rashes you're concerned

about. I wonder what your insurer would think about this, since

reconstructive surgery is so hard to get covered some times. Sorry,

my brain just started buzzing on the possibilities of this idea...

Just in case I should need a c-section myself, ya know?!?! LOL

I know my little bro was in the breach position pretty late in term,

and the doc went in vaginally and was able to turn him. This was 28

years ago, so I'm sure that if your baby girl doesn't go end up in

the next couple of weeks, there are still options out there for you.

Good luck and prayers.
