Guest guest Posted March 28, 2001 Report Share Posted March 28, 2001 Although Bragg's Apple Cider vinegar is suppose to be much better for you than Heinz apple cider vinegar, if you cannot find Bragg's using any brand that is actually made with apples will work also. We have used the apple cider vinegar for sore throats for nearly 20 years. My kids were never thrilled with it, but 's mixture is right on except that we gave them a teaspoon every hour or so. My DH would just take a 'shot' of the apple cider vinegar with a chaser of water. Not for the weak of heart. It is also good to gargle (for those kids who can) and then swallow it.
