I would try to relax and rest and see if it helps and if not call your doctor and ask what else it could be. Good Luck and hope you feel better soon. I am having awful cramps today. they are around the top of my belly button, about where my hernia is. I also have fibroids and the doc said they may cause cramping. I do it every time I feel cramps and it seems to work.
