Hi Everyone:

I am implementing the GF/CF diet and actually just starting the dairy

products. Can anyone just give me some brand name foods - GF/CF that

I can just start off with instead of jumping right into baking,

cooking etc. Our son has just recently been diagnosed with PDD/NOS -

so trying to understand that, reading up on ABA, the diet, it's just

exhausting. But I would like to get this diet into full swing as

soon as possible.
