Kosher for Passover -- soy free?

I need a little more clarification on the meaning of Kosher for Passover (I've

just gone over the entire archive and read quite a bit there already). Does

this in fact imply soy-free as well as corn- and grain-free? If it does, can

you provide a reference? Our primary concern (after GFCF of course!) is soy.

Also, someone posted recently that mono- and diglycerides contain soy (sorry,

I can't remember who posted this). Would you post a reference for this info?

I went out to the GFCFDiet list and pulled up " soy " , and these items are not

listed there as possible soy sources. Boy, there are days I hate this

diet....

Hi Jolene, it was I who mentioned the soy in mono di..... Here is a copy

and paste from my email and reply from them (Barbara instant mashed

potatoes). My little guy is allergic to soy also and yes it makes this

diet so much harded, but we are GFCF for one year in April and it does

get easier.

Is there soy in your instant mashed potatoes? I heard they are GFCF, but

I also need to know about soy. Thanks
