I can't take the stress anymore!!!

My US appt for this afternoon has been rescheduled for Thursday at 11:15 am...

Hubby can't go then.... this is the 3rd reschedule for THIS second US.. hubby

has been rearranging his work schedule to be there... because it may not be

good news....empty sac last time.. :(

My Stress level is THRU THE ROOF!!

Now the sorta good news??

My 3rd beta HCG came back at 46,692.. that was 4 days after the 24,820...

they ALMOST doubled..

My hcg beta's have a doubling rate of 4.3 days...

The office said congrats.. they are perfectly acceptable and normal ranges...

????

But.. one can have great numbers without a growing embyo..

ie.. last time I had a embryo that stopped growing at 4 weeks and a placenta

that grew for 14 weeks!

WOW, i would be sooo pissed that they rescheduled it. I am ssooo happy to

hear your numbers went sooo high. I personally think that is good news and all

is

going to be good. I just wish they could do the ultrasound. Could you say you

have cramping or something and go to the ER and have them check. i know it is

fibbing a bit but at least you could be checked out and feel better after.

Just tell them you are concerned with the baby and see what they can do. good

Luck, i went through a similar situation last pregnancy.

At $50 copay and then 20% of all testing and doctor charges??

If I had an HMO I would consider it... :)

I am trying very hard not to stress eat... since it is my only vice...

So hard.. so very hard...

I would be stressed too, that sucks, 3 times? That is totally unreasonable.

Did they give you a good reason as to why they canceled for the third time? I

pray that something can be worked out and your hubby can make it to this one.

Hang in there and breathe deep.

With most ER's, if you are over 20 weeks pregnant, they send you to

L&D for monitoring or they call your OB who says " tell her to come

into the office in the morning. " Under 20 weeks, if there is a

problem, they consider it non-viable miscarriage and usually will see

you in the ER.
