Guest guest
I thought the problem with vinegar was if you were on a yeast free diet? I get so confused.........as to what goes with what diet. Betty vinegar > Hi! > I'm totally confused! As far as I know, white distilled vinegar is not acceptable. However, Heinz distilled vinegar is on the " acceptable " list. Am I mistaken, or is Heinz somehow distilled differently? > Thanks! >
Guest guest
As I understand it, the problem with vinegar is how it is made. Malt vinegar is unacceptable due to the inclusion of barley malt in the process. Rice, apple, wine and balsamic vinegar are all ok - as for white distilled vinegar - I guess it depends on the process. Also, I believe you are correct about vinegar contributing to the yeast problem, but I don't know how it does..... Guest guest
I remember my mom telling me about Apple Cider Vinegar. I used to take it when I had a sore throat. (a quick swig) I forgot about that. It used to work too. mom of 2 w/cf
