I am pre-op and am having to lose weight for Dr. Rutledge to be able to

do surgery on me. I need to lose down at least to 350. I went to clinic on

the 11th of July and weighed in at 387. I have been on the 12 day diet for

12 days and have lost 22 lbs. I got to go off for 2 days and today being the

first day back on, I did not gain any. I really feal good on this diet and

only have 15 more lbs. to lose to reach the 350 mark. I also am fighting a

flu bug so it will be two weeks after I get over this that I can schedule my

surgery. I hope to be below the 350 by at least 20 lbs.

If you would like to try this diet while waiting let me know and I will

send you the link to it.

I would really appreciate if you could send me the diet.

I will try to be positive and give this a whirl. Although

persistence is one of the things I am going to try with my

PCP, Oncologist and Dr. Rutledge. It can't hurt to do something

positive in the interim while hoping for a miracle.
