and I can't wait for that damn appointment either, UGHHHH!!!!!! Try to keep

busy until appointment time. At least they did not change the day, THANK GOD.

My last nerve has been shot..

I am almost at the point where I don't " care " what the result is.. I just

This is ridiculous - although I know it happens all the time with small

practices. It happened with my son. One doctor one midwife - always

cancelling!

I'm with a big hospital now and so far no cancellations....

I have been resheduled 3x for a repeat US.. (empty sac last time)

I was supposed to go in this am at 11:15.

I am so stressed over this I shake constantly... and I can't take Xanax...

( I am going to ask for Paxil my anxiety in general is out of hand)

The phone rings... it is the Dr's office...

I was like.. NO>.. don't reschedule me again!!!!

My appt has been pushed up to 12:30....

I am REALLY at my breaking point here....

Hang in there sweetie! Breathe deep! I totally understand your anxiety

problems as I have problems with it, my husband has them worse than me, and my

best friend (who found out this last weekend she is also preggers!), and she has

major problems with anxiety. For me breathing helps sometimes to at least get

me through the moment. Because of my friend and her problems I have done some

research as to what she can still take for her anxiety as hers is so bad she

will pass out with panic attacks. If you want please feel free to email me
