I already eliminated them TOTALLY because of something I read before, either in book or one of them, but I went to that websire that was posted previously and now definetly will stick with avoiding them. I always use olive oil and Spectrums shortening. in Long Island New York * ________________________________________________________________ GET INTERNET ACCESS FROM JUNO! Guest guest
Yes, that website states that hy. oils are to be omitted. This site also says not to fry at all with safflower oil because the high heat with this oil allows free radicals to form. So, what do we fry with? Any ideas (although, i know, it is best not to fry, but sometimes it is necessary).
