According to that web site all hydrogenated oils should be avoided. I

already eliminated them TOTALLY because of something I read before,

either in book or one of them, but I went to that websire that

was posted previously and now definetly will stick with avoiding them.

I always use olive oil and Spectrums shortening.

Yes, that website states that hy. oils are to be omitted. This site also says

not to fry at all with safflower oil because the high heat with this oil allows

free radicals to form. So, what do we fry with? Any ideas (although, i know,

it is best not to fry, but sometimes it is necessary).
