I forgot the include the web address for the important article on

Well I saved the above post and am on It now and below is some of what I

read so far, I'm outta here to finish reading this site.

Margarine isn't the only grocery store item with a significant amount of

trans- fats. Any 'food' that lists " hydrogenated " or " partially

hydrogenated " on the label contains trans- fats and should be avoided.

You may be surprised to discover how many products in your kitchen

contain trans- fats. They include most baked goods such as bread and

crackers, shortenings like margarine and Crisco, refined vegetable oils

and most brands
