Help Please!!!!!

I recently purchased PB 8 Probiotic Acidophilis For Life at our HFS. Has

anyone tried this and are the ingredients safe? I'll list as on the bottle:

" in a Proprietary Blend 100% Natural Cultures of: 1000mg Lactobacillus

acidophilus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Lactobacillus

casei, S. themophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum, S. faecium and

Bifidobacterium infantis "

Other ingredients: gelatin (capsules) and rice powder.

It's manuf. by Nutrition Now.

I appreciate any info. I am new to this with LOTS of questions.
