Guest guest
Have you guys called and asked to speak with the nurse manager?! If this person's incompetence is interfering with your kids Tx, then that person needs to be taken out of the loop! It is most definitely up to the NM to make sure that this is not an issue with her office staff! Just a suggestion, Jen Xavier 14months, 13lbs RSS (?) Guest guest
Oh, Jen, if only it were that simple. It's a mixed up, crazy system that has been this way for at least the 15 years we have been going there. In some ways, believe it or not, it's better. Sigh. Dr. H's office does not run like any other doctor's office I've seen. It's just a matter of talking to other parents and learning the new tricks as we learn them. Yadira is the best thing to come along there in a long, long time. She is kind, she is patient, she is compassionate and she is not afraid to interrupt Dr. H. if it is necessary! (She is a receptionist, by the way.) As for the nurse mangaer, I'm not sure who that would be over there, come to think of it. The only consistent people I know there are Doris and Inja. Others seem to float in and out from the inpatient floor. They can't control Dr. H. They just mumble under their breath. I know this sounds crazy and probably makes you upset, but if you are in the right mood while there, it can be comical. We can always hope for change, but it's not likely to happen soon. Jodi Z.
