Guest guest
Louisa, I'm no expert, but I don't think it could damage the foot too much. I would however, set it to something between 30 and 45 degrees and if they re-set it change it back. What's with all these different opinions on the abduction anyway? It's blatantly obvious the CF should be at 70 and the other at 45 according to the documentation Dr. Ponseti has provided. We've got docs setting CF's at 30 and others setting normal feet to 70. Is everyone an idiot except us? grrr... Do you need a picture of the bottom of the bar to help you set it properly? Kori At 01:14 PM 2/18/2005, you wrote: >OK, now I am paranoid. Guest guest
Thanks Kori, I adjusted the left shoe the other night. I put on her new shoes myself, so think I understand how it works. I am going to her ortho Monday for a new clip so will check with him too. I think a lot of the doctors are just too proud to be told what to do sometimes. I just can't see any other reason to ignore what the person who treats clubfeet all day long says. It is very frustrating. I just can't believe in 11 months of coming here I did not pick up that it could be a problem. Louisa Rachael6-27-99 Zoe 2-22-04 RCF FAB 16/7 > > >OK, now I am paranoid.
