dear Groupies, i must apologize for being so absent from this site for

so long. it's sort of a combination of my husband retiring and being

home all the time (not so much time to loll in front of the computor)

and being so discouraged medically in my docs, who can't figure out

what is wrong with me and prefer to say it is all in my head. Anyway,

i have been more or less going along with my usual problems (except

for the gastroparesis, but I have a great doc there) but lately an

existing problem is getting worse and I'm not sure what I should do. I

have posted before about " muscle quiverings " and spasms, for which I

take flexeril once a day (as per Laurie's suggestion, docotr's

prescription). now I find that with only minimal effort my whole body

seems to develop into this quiverying mass.( at least that is what is

feels like, only a few actual bigger spasms are visible to the eye) My

whole body feels tight and hard to move. The sensation does go away-

very gradually if I take extra flexeril. Is this what I should be

doing? What is causing this. it is most disconserting. it is only my

family doc who is giving tme the flexeril, so she doesn;t really know

what is up.is fleseril the best way to handle this.? Should I ask to

go back to the neurologist for another assessment. I do have an

appointmnet for evoked potentials in late october. Anyway, I would

really appreciate any light shed on this subject. Thanks so much. I'm

sorry I've been such a bad member of the group, Celia
