Guest guest
Hi everyone, well I get to go to the man who set my son's shoes wrong today to have them corrected, I already turned his good foot back in thanks to some of the people here. I don't know if it is set right but it isn't turned out like it was. I didn't turn it completely straight left it out a little does that sound right? I just cannot say how upset I am about all this, he was just at his ortho Dr. 2 weeks ago, you would think he would have seen it and said somethen. I know he is so busy him and his partner are the only peds ortho Dr. in Toledo, but my son has been treated wrong because of either his or the other guys mistake, I an getting the original presciption today when I go there so I can see for myself who was in the wrong. Basically what they did was treat him like he had bilateral club feet instead of one. I am now so worried that his good foot is going to be a problem, will it go back to normal? He was like that for 6 weeks and he is supposed to be going to nights only in another 6 so will he be able to do that or will he have to wear them longer? Could this damage the foot to where it may need more than just turning the foot back to normal? I know you all are not dr.s but maybe someone out there can tell me if somethen like this has happened to them or somethen similar. I would sue the crap out of whoever made this mistake if I could, putting my little baby through all this and me as well, I am such a wreak because of all this. If I knew for sure that yes it will be fine then I would not worry so much, I thought of writting Dr. Ponseti to ask his opininon, does he do that or do you have to be a patient of his?Well anyways just had to vent a little and I thank you all again for the help you saved my son of another 6 weeks of miscorrection....
