Guest guest
Hi Debby, Your message came through to the list just fine. I checeked the bouncing status just a few days ago and didn't see your address listed there. If I had, I would have unbounced you. There are many reasons for some one to be bounced. Bouncing means that a message or messages sent to you were returned to yahoo. The most obvious is you change e-mail addresses and don't delete the old one. Other reasons are trouble with the ISP or one of the Telec's or Ilec's (phone companies) or your server at work could go down for whatever reason. Whatever the cause, the message sent to you by yahoo is returned to yahoo. If after a day of trying they can't deliver the message, then your status is sent to bouncing. Then yahoo sends a test message (that you never see) to try and reestablish communication. If after some long period of time (about a year)they can't reach you, you are dropped from the group. If they do make contact then you are added back in. In addition, I can and do go through the bouncing list and prompt yahoo to send a test message. You can, like you did go to your yahoo account and check your status and if your are bouncing, click on the appropriate button to get going again. I hope this answers your question. By the way, how are you? How is Adam? How is your daughter? is doing good but having a little trouble in school. He needs to be in a remedial reading group. We are somewhat concerned because he sleeps 12 hours a day. He is supposed to be sleeping a lot less ( 8 - 10) according to the doctor. Because he sleeps so much we are having trouble finding time for him to play and do homework and eat. Basically he eats, goes to school, comes home, eats, does homework and goes to bed. Now the school wants to put him in remedial reading and give more homework. We are saying when? When will he have time to play. Six year old boys need play time. We have tried to let him stay up longer but after a couple of days of that he crashes, and sleeps 13 to 14 hours. Hopefully, we will get some answers when we see the ped. endo. in 3 weeks. Take care. Guest guest
hey Debby- i had that happen to me once when i couldnt get to my moms computer for a week to check my yahoo mail. do you have a copy of your sent emails saved, you have to go to the sent file and delete them. also empty your trash file. you probably went over the free limit on your yahoo mail accoutn. thats what happen to me, so i make sure to empty these files once a week. hope this helps and makes sense. jodie (nicholas-5 nonrss, christopher-3 rss 22lbs 33 " ght(genetropin), johnathon-8m nonrss)
