ELISA, ALCAT, interpreting

Hi all,

I am contemplating the ALCAT panel for my boys. Is the ELISA better?

It would sure be great to know for sure what we need to eliminate.

Also, they have both had immunoglobulin/rast reports on gluten and casien

which gave them a score, and gluten and casien IgA. I would really love to

know what these results actually mean. What is considered normal?

Are there any web sites I can find this information? Or is a brief

explanation possible?
