Checking GFCF Status on Products

Is it advisable to write to the manufacturer on EVERY SINGLE product that is

eaten by or comes in contact with your child, even if the ingredients on the

label " appear " to be ok? Do we still need to re-verify the products on the GFCF

list? When writing the manufacturer, should one always ask about any risk of

cross contamination issues? What's an example of a basic form letter to send?
