Guest guest
Hi, Well we figured out how to program the pump this week so we don't have to get up to an alarm each night. We set the dose at 560 ml, the rate at 70 and the interval at 16 hours. This allows us to give Colin 560 ml and the pump shuts off at around 4am with no beeping thinking it will give another dose 8 hours later! We just have to reset it each night as it remembers when you turn it back on again. And so far, so good. Colin has eaten breakfast every day since making this change. He eats toast with butter, waffles or puffins cereal. He doesn't eat enough to replace the calories we cut (120), but hopefully we'll get there soon. He is really looking thin to me right now and I can see his ribs and his pants are falling off of him so I'm a bit worried about cutting calories right now, but I suppose we can always add more to his daytime feeds. Have a great weekend everyone! Colin (RSS, g-tube, periactin, prilosec, miralax) and Hayden - 38 mo. twins and Grant, 8 weeks
