Do you discontinue Periactin when child is sick?

Hi,

Colin is sick with a cold and cough and has zero appetite and his

twin sister has the same thing. I am wondering if I should stop the

Periactin until he gets over this since the coughing causes

increased reflux for him anyway. What do you all do?
