Guest guest
I think this article is not correct either, my ob said to try to stay away from the carbs too casue it can raise the sugars then make it crash very fast. Guest guest
This is kind of odd...I've been experiencing low blood suger issues and everyone I talk to says to keep protein around me - not carbs. I actually seem to experience more issues when I eat more carbs and skip my protein than the other way around. Tracey
