My youngest was 7 pounds 8 ounces at birth....exactly

average. =) I'm 5'2 " tall...

How much you gain/lose in pregnancy has nothing to do

with how much your baby weighs at birth...

Jenni,

During my post-op pregnancy I lost 91 lbs. Now this was with getting

pregnant at 7 weeks post RNY and having severe morining sickness the entire

39 weeks I was pregnant. I was a nervous wreck about that. I am sure there

were days that I didn't even get 200 calories in. But, I was able to always

take my Flinstone vitamins..I wasn't able to keep prenatals down. My son

was born weighing 7lbs 13 oz and very healthy. Just eat as

healthy as possible and take those vitamins! Best wishes!

Open RNY 2-18-02

was 359 now 138
