Guest guest
I can't get my son to eat the breads I'm making, he's used to whole wheat so I was thinking maybe something similar to whole wheat would be more to his liking. Anyone have a recipe?I'm not too concerned (at this time) whether it has yeast, just something gfcf. Thank you. Lolita

Guest guest
If you ever need to buy a loaf of bread, the " Food for Life " brand makes excellent GFCF breads...the Rice Pecan, Rice Almond, and Brown Rice Bread are all dark in color and might make an acceptable substitute. Just warm in the microwave briefly. I can even eat this stuff! Guest guest
I buy mine at the health food store. If you go to one...look in the freezer section, that's usually where they keep it. It says in big bold letters WHEAT FREE GLUTEN FREE...takes the guess work out of it! If they carry any brand from that company, they should be able to special order the right variety if you don't see it there. Good Luck -a > Where do you find this bread?
