hello to all!

We are having a major problem with our supply company. owns his

Enteralite Zevex pump. The supply company took it to have it fixed 6 months

ago!! As of now, nothing has been done with it, so we have requested that it be

returned to us posthaste. We want to try to work with Enteralite, and see if we

can get the pump fixed directly through them. (Medicaid has already approved the

repairs) Does anyone else here deal directly with Enteralite? And if so, how do

you go about having repairs made when something goes wrong???

Thanks for any help or suggestions you can offer!

Hi Pat,

We also use the zevex or enteralite pump. To this point we have not

had any problems, but that has been my fear, because we had an awful

time getting it through the supply company that we use to obtain our

feeding bags. Hopefully this is not new information, but they do have

a website with many numbers on it. Hopefully it won't be too long

before you get this worked out.

Hey Debbie,

Thanks. The supply company started pressuring us a while ago to change over

to the Kangaroo Pet. When the Zevex needed repair, we traded for that period

of time, and wound up hating the Pet! 's activity levels are really

curtailed because every time he bends over, lays down on the floor, or moves

like the two-year old he is, the darn thing alarms!!

We just found out yesterday, that the supply company has not been sending

the pump out to Enteralite to get fixed, but has been having their own

technicians handling all the repairs. This just is not acceptable, and since

owns his Zevex, we're hoping that the supply company hasn't voided

his warranty with their actions.

Hopefully we will get this resolved very soon. We can't wait to get

back on his Zevex!

-Hi Pat,

Mollie had the same problem with the Kangaroo pump. I didn't truly

realize how inconvenient it was until we actually got the Zevex pump.

Unfortunately there don't seem to be alot of people or technicians

that are that familiar with them. Thus the problem. I hate to think

that I will be learning through your experience should I have an

issue with ours, because like I said that was my reservation. I wish

you well keep us posted.
