Ok I thought I might post this recipe for those of you looking for

cheese but cant have soy. Mind you we dont avoid soy strictly so you

may have to verify ingredients for yourself but upon looking I dont

see soy here.1 1/2 cup water 5 T agar flakes 1/2 cup pimiento pieces

drained 1/2 cup raw cashew pieces1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes 3 T

fresh lwmon juice 2 tsp onion granules tsp salt 1/4 tsp garlic

granules 1/8 tsp ground dill seed 1/8 tsp mustard powder place agar

and water in sm saucepan and boil reduce heat and simmer stirring

often. place in a blender with the remaining ingredients and process

till smooth. pour into a lightly oild mold that will hold three cups

{lof pan also works} and cool cover and chill several hours. turn out

of the mold slice and serve. store in refridgerator. nutritional

yeast flakes are gf/cf but no good for yeast free diets so keep that

in mind. This recipe isnt too bad but ofcourse its not real cheese.
