Hi Jill,

When our son was first tested by the Great Plains lab in Kansas, the report

came back with elevated adipic levels (a fatty acid). Elevated adipic levels

can be due to ingesting large amount of Jello. Other foods have adipic

present as an additive.

I guess that it might be prudent to limit jello? We never ate it much at

all....

Thank you for not getting into the sausage thing. I REALLY DON'T

WANT TO KNOW. Infact, I would probably stop eating everything if I knew

what it was, how it made it to the store, etc. Yuck.
