Guest guest
I have. I used it quite a bit about 10 years ago and it did help with my stomach and general GI at that time. My son also got help from it. Eventually my GI problems outgrew bromelain so I quit using it since it no longer helped. My father still uses it a lot and has for many years. I also tried a lot of other digestive enzyme formulations, but some of them contain pepsin and other gastric acids, which aggravated my GI symptoms. Pepsin is also contraindicated for anyone with ulcers or is taking NSAIDS or prednisone. Barbara > BROMELAIN question > > Has anyone ever tried Bromelain for help with digestion? Guest guest
Thanks Barbara. There is now research that shows that it may also fight cancer. Barbara Seaman wrote: >I have.
