Hi ,

We bought the Fisher-Price Rock, Roll 'n Ride for his B-day. He is a

little taller than the child you were asking about, but he can both, reach

the pedals, and push it with his feet.

One of the things that I like about this bike is that you can make it a

rocking toy for the winter months, so that it can be used indoors. Then, you

just flip the rocker, and it becomes a bike with a handle that you can push

from behind, so that if the child gets tired halfway through the ride, you

can get him home without carrying both the child and the bike. You , also,

don't have to do all that bending to push the bike while you are trying to

teach them how to use the pedals. (Great for old ladies like me with bad

backs! LOL) Later, when they can ride for a distance, you can remove the

handle, and it works like any other bike.

That's my 2 cents!
