Guest guest
Thanks everyone for the info. The problem is that this little boy is almost 4 years old, and yet is the size of a 1 1/2 year old. He doesn't want to ride a " baby's " bike -- he wants to ride a tricycle or bike like his friends. But he is far smaller than even the average RSS boy. In fact, when I charted him, it appears that 97% of RSS boys are taller than him. , Finlay's mom in New Zealand, referred me to a website that makes tricycles where the pedals are lengthwise from the seat rather than heightwise. You can then adjust the seat forward and backwards which allows it to fit even small children. Unfortunately, it is an expensive trike but this little boy's state services may be able to swing it.
