Hi ladies! My name is Marj and I will be 25 this year. I had WLS on January

26th. I started at 271 and I'm now 190. The loss has slowed a bit, but I'm

sure it is from me avoiding the gym like the plague (I know, I know, bad

me!). DH and I have wanted to have a baby for a couple years now, the times

we tried we did not conceive. Now it is getting to that time where pregnancy

may become a reality for us. Of course it hasn't been a year yet, but things

happen. So I'm reading up to be prepared, just in case :)

I read on the FAQ that water is important during pregnancy - that and the

gym are my biggest faults. I drink probably 1/2 to 3/4 of the water I SHOULD

drink per day. :( I decided to get a white board and mark off as I drink

bottles so I can keep track of my intake.

I'm very happy to see you ladies having wonderful pregnancies! We can't

wait!

Marj
