1). Dayna C.

2). ee, KS a suburb of Kansas City

3).and 4.) Alyssa is our first child. (Another one due in October!) She was

born at 2lbs 8oz and 14.75in. at 35 weeks. At 28 months she is now 22lbs 11oz

and 33.5in.

5). Alyssa had a G-tube placed in October of 2003 and is on Peptamen Jr.

55cc's/hr 18hrs/day. She also takes Zantac and Cyproheptadine (periactin).

6). Dr. Harbison/Endo/New York, Dr /Ped/KU Childrens Center Dr.

/Ortho/Childrens Mercy

7). Alyssa was diagnosed at about 10 months by the Director of Growth and

Development at KU Med Center. The diagnosis was confirmed by Dr. Harbison at

the convention last year.

Alyssa is thriving after the placement of her g-tube. We held off as long as we

could but she simply couldn't meet the nutritional demands of a healthy growing

toddler. Her energy level has increased 200% as has her strength and endurance.

Alyssa has no measurable assymetery at this time, thougth dr. h swears she sees

it in her face!
