She was born at 2lbs 8oz and 14.75in. at 35 weeks. At 28 months she is now 22lbs 11oz and 33.5in. 5). Alyssa had a G-tube placed in October of 2003 and is on Peptamen Jr. 55cc's/hr 18hrs/day. She also takes Zantac and Cyproheptadine (periactin). 6). Dr. Harbison/Endo/New York, Dr /Ped/KU Childrens Center Dr. /Ortho/Childrens Mercy 7). Alyssa was diagnosed at about 10 months by the Director of Growth and Development at KU Med Center. The diagnosis was confirmed by Dr. Harbison at the convention last year. Alyssa is thriving after the placement of her g-tube. We held off as long as we could but she simply couldn't meet the nutritional demands of a healthy growing toddler. Her energy level has increased 200% as has her strength and endurance. Alyssa has no measurable assymetery at this time, thougth dr. h swears she sees it in her face!
