Josh does something similar.. He stuffs his cheeks FULL and walks around with

it, until he either manages to swallow, or gags and spits it out.. Our OT

says his behaviour is sensory related, something about pressure input from

the cheeks.. HTH's.

Evan went to bed with his mouth full of apple that I could not pry out of his

mouth. After he went to sleep I was able to get it out of his mouth.
