Guest guest
Hey, did he actually deliver the shot? If so, and that child becomes autistic, can those parents sue The Fonz? That would be interesting.

All my kids were vacinated and recently my 5year old got his boosters with at least 3 shots in the arm. The MMR was skipped simply because they thought he already had his booster at a different ped. office a year ago. He didn't receive the booster then either so they were wrong and have requested me to come in to get MMR booster. Also his school has requested proof in time to go to kindergarten in Sept. I am in NJ and I think it is absolutely required by law that he be vacinated? Any guidance on this? This is my son who hasn't been officially diagnosed but I think has Asperger's. He is very small and pale with cronic constipation. Debbie
Guest guest
No The Fonz did not deliver the shots. He is just a 'poster boy' for them. Guest guest
How can I email my opinion about this to the Fonz? He's a lucky one..his kids are grown so they are beyond the reach of autism now. *sigh* Of course, I am a nurse who was formerly definitely pro-vaccine. But now...well, you know. Unfortunately both of my children are already vaccinated...a thought that still makes me cry. So both my daughters are gfcf, because I'm freaked out at the possibility that my baby will still become autistic! (she is 23 months) Dang it all, why is life like this? Yep, I'd love to share my thoughts with the Fonz. Yet I admit, you probably couldn't have talked me out of vaccinating my girls before we learned of our own child's " mild autism " ...PDD. I wish so much I could go back and do it all over...I would never vaccinate them now! Hugs, H, mom to 3 yrs, PDD; and 23 months
Guest guest
In Calif. I think you can refuse MMR due to religious reasons....you are religiously against the vaccine, LOL! Just a thought. H
Guest guest
In California you can use Religion as a reason to refuse vaccinations but you can also just say that it is something you do not agree with. I had the nurse at the Health department all up in arms because I refused to get his 4 yo vaccinations after he had already had all the others up to date. She tried to brow beat me but I knew that I could do it and told her so. I told her that I had no problem with his brother's school nurse or principal when we did not want him to have any more shots. that is one right that they have not taken from us yet. Guest guest
www.909shot.com should have some information for you. Also there are religious exemptions you can get through a health dept. and your doctor{good luck} can sign a medical exemption other wise if they go to public shcool it is my understanding with out one of the above exemptions the have to be vaccinated.
