Hey Ginger,

The Hanes high top walkers were in the regular shoe department at Walmart

and Target, not in the baby department. That might help you find them! LOL

Hopefully you won't run into the same problems that we did with our first

endo. When we broached the subject of caloric catch-up growth, the endo

actually told us that if we were going to wait for him to " catch-up " then we

would never be ready to start GHT. NOT TRUE!!! Caloric catch-up is possible

for our kids, and this endo didn't realize that. She wasn't worried about

wieght-to-height ratio, and she was sure that we wouldn't see much

in the way of results with GHT. Thanks to research, this list serve, and

numerous friends, I knew she was wrong, and we are now trying a different

endo.
