Hi ,

I don't have direct experience with this company, but I've heard of a

webstore called preschoolians. http://preschoolians.com/

here's what they say about their widths:

" Preschoolians makes the best, flexible, soft soled and soft sole

baby shoes, infant shoes and toddler shoe. One of the reasons they

are so well liked is a result of our unique approach to widths. We

make narrow, medium, wide and extra wide (XW) baby shoes, infant

shoes and toddler shoes.

" Each of our shoes comes with three footbeds which allows the width

to be customized in your home. Hence we can accomodate narrow,

medium, wide and extra wide infant feet, baby feet and toddler feet. "

They might be expensive, not sure.. but just wanted to mention it as

a possibility.

My daughter has narrow feet, and I sometimes have a hard time finding

shoes narrow enough. It seems most places sell only medium or wide.

Good luck!

P.S. I think of you whenever I see " what not to wear " ! Any updates on

how you are doing since that all happened? Hope you're doing well..

.

Try preschoolians.com. They make all shoes to order (I believe). They

will send you a special measuring tool to get the perfect measurement,

etc. They have super cute styles too! I am about to order some for

. They are expensive, but I think at this point you may have to go

the expensive route. If they fit your daughters feet and they are

comfortable, it is worth every penny in the world.

Try Striderite.com. You can now order all their shoes in all sizes

and widths right on line.

My son also wears XWide. The last couple of times I have been

looking through the book and ordering his from a stride rite store.

,

I haven't read the responses to your post yet but 's CF is an

extra-wide and her non-CF is normail width. She has Stride Rite's

from an outlet. Don't know if you happen to have a Stride Rite

Outlet anywhere near you, but that happened to work for us. Good

Luck!!
