Doctors in Milwaukee area?

I am looking for a doctor in the Milwaukee area that has dealt with

or has experience with RSS kids. My daughter is just turning 9 and

my pediatrician had never been pro GHT. I ran across this list and

found that wi had been missing the boat completely! I want to take

my daughter to someone that understand RSS and can help me with the

possibility of GHT. Obviously time is of the essence as we are

coming in on the tail end with Madeline turning 9 on Wednesday. Any

suggestions and recommendations are greatly appreciated!
