Guest guest
I have lived my entire life with wide feet. It is the thrill of the hunt for wider athletic shoes! I will look around and let you know if I can find something. www.pediatric-orthopedic-foundation.org
Guest guest
Sorry, I don't have any answers for you, but I've been wondering the same thing because my three-year-old is starting soccer and I was thinking into his future of cleats and how will we ever find them!?!?!? Since he's so littel he's just wearing regular tennis shoes this time, but I wonder what we will do later! Guest guest
Hi, my husband wears wide shoes, and I know from shopping for him that New Balance is one of the best brands for wide feet. They make even extra wide and above, I believe, in the typical styles. I'm not sure what " turf shoes " are.. but maybe New Balance would have some kind of athletic shoe that your son could wear?.. I did a quick search on the internet and saw some black 'cross trainers' that look almost like cleats but have the flat bottom.. and they came in wide and extra wide.. here's the site I found.. I don't have firsthand experience with it, just tossing it out as an idea.. they have the standard nubby cleats there in wide too. http://www.aperfectdealer.com/ good luck.. it's wonderful your son is enjoying sports and doing well! hope you can find something that works for him, and Claire > > > > > Hi, > > > > I have a son who is 6 yrs old (almost 7) and he was born with > > bilateral clubfoot.
