Guest guest
Human bodies are designed to obtain calcium from mammalian milk. I don't understand this statement. Wouldn't anyone older than about the age of three to five have to get their calcium from something other than mammalian milk. And wouldn't the mammalian milk be, in a natural environment, human? I was under the impression that that is the reason we become intolerant to milk as we age. Why are so many of us, even as children allergic or intolerant of milk? I've just gotten adjusted to this diet, so you've given me so much to think about. I guess we're always learning? Lolita
