Guest guest
I have just been diagnosed with mito. My blood work had high lactic acid level. Just learning. Wanted to say high and hope to get to know people more. I have so much to learn. Has anyone done anything special with their diets since being diagnosed? Like cutting out carbs? northern lady
Guest guest
Dietary modification is generally specific to the defect identified. My girls have defects in Complex I, III, IV and ANT. They require a diet high in complex cards with extremely low fat (less then 40 G/day). rgioka52 rgioka52@...> wrote: I have just been diagnosed with mito. My blood work had high lactic acid level.
