Not good. I wish i had a bad feeling for food but i still have the same junkie cravings. i too can eat a 6 inch subway sub witht her est to follow a short time later and I hate that, I am scared that I can eat so much at a sitting. Guest guest
le, I am 31 weeks and expect to see the new arrival in late July. I became pregnant at about 3 months post op and had lost quite a bit of weight. My first trimester I continued to loose another 15 pounds but have stablized since. I think I will be lucky enough to put on maybe 5 pounds. Like you people have noticed that I am getting a bigger belly and bigger bust size but my arms, legs and face are thinning out. I am shoving food in my mouth 24/7 and I am SO SICK of eatting. Many foods do not agree with me but many of the foods they said " YOU CAN'T EAT, EVER " sit quite well. I feel like my middle name is " kool-aid " (sugar free that is) and pasta is a blessing, as well as lite canned fruits. My doctor had to put me on a digestive medication a couple weeks ago because I hurt when I have to pass the food thru the system so much and so often. I was unable to do the diabetic screening because I can not tolerate sugars. I have lost several children and this is my 2nd to survive. One pre-op and one post-op (so far).I do take my chewable prenantal vitamin DUET daily and my B12 daily. With that I am still very tired and I seem to feel the fetal movement more since I am at a lower weight. I worried that I would not eat enough to supply the baby but she is quite healthy and my belly is huge.
Guest guest
I can't remember if I answered this already....guess I should clean out my mailbox!!! But I have not gained any weight yet and have actually lost weight. I weighed 223/224 the day I found out I was pregnant and now weigh 197. I had my WLS 2 years ago in March..... I do know I have been eating very healthy and trying to stay active. My doctor is not concerned at all because I feel okay and the baby is growing...in fact he is 4+ weeks bigger than he should be according to their measurements.
